Step 1
Active acne is brought under control first, and Dr. Poonam maps which scars are rolling, boxcar or ice-pick.
Step 2
MNRF every four to six weeks, usually five sessions, with exosomes or PRP for recovery and TCA CROSS for ice-pick scars.
Step 3
Peels for leftover marks, sunscreen so marks don't darken, and a retinoid at night if Dr. Poonam suggests it.
