Medical information on this site

The information here is general. It doesn't replace a consultation, and it isn't a diagnosis or a treatment plan for you. Every plan is confirmed after Dr. Poonam has seen you, and results vary from person to person. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.

Booking

You can book on WhatsApp or by phone. Your appointment is confirmed when the studio confirms it. We recommend booking ahead: the studio is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, and on Sundays by appointment only.

Prices

Prices aren't shown on this site. We share them on WhatsApp, and your final price is confirmed before any treatment begins.

Who can be treated

You need to be 18 or over, or come with a parent or guardian. Dr. Poonam may decline a treatment if it isn't safe or suitable for you.

Your part

• Tell us your full medical history, medicines, allergies and pregnancy status.
• Follow your pre-care and post-care instructions.
• Be respectful to our staff and other clients.

Packages and passes

Packages and the LHR Pass are personal, and their sessions, validity and price are confirmed before you pay. The cancellation and refund policy sets out what happens if your plans change.
